If you are looking for a different approach and want to move better for a healthier, stronger more robust body and life, I recommend you book an initial session which will help you to decide if my approach is right for you.

In this session, we will discuss your goals, assess alignment and do some foundational exercises.

If you then decide that this approach is for you, a minimum of 5 sessions is desirable for you to understand in your body how to take this work into your life. These sessions will be tailored to your specific needs. Over the course of these sessions and your own practise, you will gain a solid understanding of how to do the exercises, why you need to them and how they will benefit you.

In addition, I will recommend ways for you to incorporate more and varied movement into your day, without setting aside extra time to exercise. By making small modifications to how you live and work, in conjunction with the exercises, you will find that you can make positive changes to your body, feel better and get stronger at a faster rate.  I will guide you along this path where there are potentially hours and hours of opportunity already in your day to improve your health with lots of nutritious movement.
