Are you putting your back or hip issue down to getting older or the fact that you don’t exercise enough? Maybe your feet always hurt or you have constant neck or shoulder ache? If you are taking the more conventional reductive route to seeking relief and getting nowhere it’s time you took a whole body look at why you are dealing with these issues.

I offer a different approach combining biomechanics, alignment and natural movement for dealing with musculoskeletal issues whether that’s chronic foot pain or pelvic floor dysfunction. Working with me will help you develop your own practise, you will gain a solid understanding of how to do the exercises, why you need to them and how they will benefit you.

In addition, I will recommend ways for you to incorporate more and varied movement into your day, without setting aside extra time to exercise. By making small modifications to how you live and work, in conjunction with the exercises, you will find that you can make positive changes to your body, feel better and get stronger at a faster rate.  I will guide you along this path where there are potentially hours and hours of opportunity already in your day to improve your health with lots of nutritious movement.
