  • Educate

    • I take a “from the ground up” approach. Your feet are your foundation and no-one wants a weak foundation! I help you to understand how modern life is shaping your feet and your whole body and how to use that knowledge to make better decisions around your health.

  • Alignment

    • Using alignment we will explore the relationships between body parts and use the boney markers on your body to see what ranges of motion are available to you right now and work to improve the relationship between your feet and the rest of your body. There is no single best way to move and using these alignment markers we can gain insight into what your body needs to move better.

  • Restore

    • I teach you simple yet powerful exercises. Taking a nuanced approach with movement, I help you find your weak spots. Together we explore postural adjustments and new movements to help you restore strength and mobility. It helps to think of these exercises as nutrients your body requires and in which we have all become deficient.

    Body Awareness

    • I will introduce you to the previously under moved or under used parts of your body. In becoming aware of how we move throughout our day and learning to observe yourself, you can make small changes that are impactful in the long term.

  • Context

    • Context is important. Once you understand why you need to do an exercise and how it relates to your life, you are much more likely to practise. I don’t give you exercises for the sake of it. Each exercise is part of a bigger move, a bigger natural human movement. Movements that are nutrient dense and help us to live well in our bodies for as long as possible.
