Most personal information is submitted in person through the completion of our enrolment and consent/waiver form.  

Personally identifiable information (like names, postal addresses email addresses etc.,) are only used to fulfil your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists.  Personally identifiable information is used to register you in the program of your choice and update you when required of any possible changes to the planned services.  

On our enrolment forms we collect health information and other information (age, gender etc) only when relevant to the design of a safe movement/exercise regime and for the purpose of insurance.  We also collect emergency contacts as we have a duty of care to you and your family. 

In the case of regular contact with you for private sessions we may keep our own records of those sessions to ensure a progressive and relevant program. 

 

Storage of Personal Information

All paper enrolment forms are stored in a locked fire-safe cabinet or scanned and stored electronically protected by encryption technology. Records of private sessions are stored electronically in encrypted folders.  

 

Information about products, services and upcoming events

Our newsletter is issued about once a month and provides short articles on movement, tips to bring more movement into your day, blogs and inspiring stories.  Our newsletter also provides information about upcoming events and classes taught solely by Michelle Muldoon or any event where Michelle Muldoon will be guest teaching. You will be sent this information if you have voluntarily subscribed to our newsletter via this website or if you have requested to be kept up-to-date on an enrolment form or sign-up sheet at an event.  You can unsubscribe at any time either via the newsletter email or by contacting us directly. 

 

Distribution of Information

Under no circumstances do we sell any of your personal information.  Your personal information is likewise not shared with any third party other than platforms and technologies required to service our business (see third party vendors below) or if we are required by law to share information with governmental agencies in the event of fraud prevention or investigation.

-the length of time we have an ongoing business relationship with you and provide services to you.
