better balance class

This one hour class will lead you through some of the foundational moves found in the book Dynamic Ag(e)ing by Katy Bowman.

We will be working through six simple exercises, mostly postural adjustments and stretches, all of which can be scaled to your particular strength and mobility. These exercises are easy to implement and integrate into your daily life and help to improve your balance skills during gait/walking. The class is aimed at anyone 50+ and those looking to improve whole body mobility.

You will receive a handout with all the moves at the end of the class. You do not have to have read the the book to attend the class.
