Better Balance Class

This one hour class will lead you through some of the foundational moves found in the book Dynamic Ageing by Katy Bowman. You do not need to have read the book to attend the class.

We will be working through six simple exercises, mostly posture adjustments and stretches, all of which can be scaled to your particular strength and mobility.

Don’t worry if an hour of exercise seems like a lot! You will have a chair for stability or to take a rest on at any time during the class.

You will receive an exercise prop and a handout with all the moves at the end of class.
